Personal data is any information that can be attributed to you in one way or another.

Purpose of data collection
The information is used to identify you as a user/client in order to provide the services you have requested, such as contacting you, sending my newsletters or providing a consultancy service.
I collect and process information to the extent that you explicitly consent, self-enter or provide your information in connection with:
Contact and order forms
Submission of ebooks
Consulting contracts
Consent declaration in connection with the provision of a consultancy service pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR) of 25 May 2018, whereby a signed agreement must be concluded to the effect that I, as the data controller, may use your personal data in connection with the performance of the agreed consultancy service.
I record and store personal data in connection with the provision of a consultancy service:
Name, contact details, E-mail correspondence and notes from coaching sessions and interviews.

Data safety
I have technical and organizational measures against your data being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed, misused or otherwise processed in breach of the law.
Period of retention
Personal data is deleted continuously as the purpose of collection is completed. Personal data shall be kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Your data will only be kept until you wish to have your data deleted.

Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent or request a shorter retention period than indicated at any time. You also have the right to know what personal data I process about you.
If you wish your personal data to be deleted before this period, this must be notified in writing. The deletion of personal data will be carried out and confirmed within 8 days.
The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in my processing of personal data may become necessary. I therefore reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines on the processing of personal data. If I do so, the "last updated" date will be corrected at the bottom of the page. In case of substantial changes, I will notify you by means of a visible notice on my website.
